Still on a bit of a brewing kick, working on upgrading the thermal controls for my lagering chest, currently its being controlled by an older freezer thermostat but I'm working on installing a surplus industrial PID temperature controller. Just waiting on the solid state relays to actually control the freezer motor.

My good friend Hali was visiting for the week between concert gigs and informed me that iMovie now has a time lapse record function, so what better way to test this than to watch some yeast turn wort into beer.

The cabinets went up rather easily, we got them hung just in time for the last poker night, I have to say it looks great.

I just made a trip to Ikea yesterday to get the parts to get the bar another step towards completion. The cabinets are now assembled, I just have to cut down the mounting bar and get them hung. This will finally give me a place to put all of the extra glassware and alcohol bottles that have been filling my kitchen cabinets and counters.
